Just want to say if you looking for convenience, in shongweni then this is the place to go. The lady Sue is very nice and kind such a wonderful caring person. She made sure I was comfortable. Nice fur babies I love the dogs, although dogs freak me out but these dogs were so wonderful. Definitely a place to go to that's away from the city
I feel its better if you are staying there as an individual. The place needs some maintenance, it has good potential if the proper steps are taken Signal is abysmal l, forget about touching the internet once you set foot in the place unless uou use Vodacom. Didn't hate it but didn't like it either. I
Beautiful place for nature lovers. Calm, relaxing and well equipped. I have read some reviews an have to disagree with many of you Sue is a very pleasant host. My anniversary is being spent exactly where I should be.
The customer service when booking was good, the price was over rated. Although I wanted accommodation for 6, was asked to pay for 8 (2X4 sleepers) which consisted of an additional 2 bunk beds that were placed in cramped areas. The pictures sent are very misleading and is not as depicted in the pictures. The accommodation needs a revamp, with attention to the facilities, services, lighting, safety and comfort of guests. This was a terrible experience our family who had to leave the next morning without refreshing. One family, Mrs A Naidoo and daughter walked away without staying because of the state of the accommodation. The family were attending a wedding close by.
Firstly to start with my partner and I arrived abit earlier than expected with a not so welcoming or friendly host. Although luckily the room was ready. But needless to say even though first impressions wasn't the best we did warm up to the place an the host. Who was always available when we were in need. Rustic place which is lovely peaceful well behaved fur babies that stole our hearts. Just one other thing that was abit of a problem was when two friends joined who became guests for the evening no towels were provided for them which was abit inconvenient. Beautiful place defiantly has room for some improvement but overall we still enjoyed our time there.
