The Beach House features four beautifully furnished queen-size bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, Smart TV with Chromecast, work desk, hairdryer, bar fridge, and tea and coffee facilities.
The spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven, double-door fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine, sandwich press, and toaster. The kitchen opens onto the dining, lounge, and enclosed braai area, complete with a Smart TV, wet bar, and bar fridge.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, wind-protected courtyard, landscaped garden, boma, garden furniture, and a pitch-and-putt green. A private boardwalk from the garden provides access to Golden Mile Beach, just 50 metres away.
The second-floor viewing deck offers spectacular 270-degree views of the ocean and golf course, with indoor and outdoor seating, a Weber braai, mini Hi-Fi, and wet bar - perfect for enjoying sunset drinks overlooking the coast.
The Darling Apartment offers private accommodation with its own entrance, accessed via an external staircase. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, a work desk, a hairdryer, and a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a double shower, and double basins.
The loft bedroom, accessed by a ladder, features two single beds and a daybed with ocean views, making it ideal for teenagers.
The apartment includes a fully equipped self-catering kitchen with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, and coffee station. The lounge features an indoor braai/fireplace, Smart TV with Chromecast, and DStv Premium.

A fabulous property so close to the beach and beautifully appointed and maintained throughout. The bedrooms, kitchen and airy living accommodation were just perfect for our needs. The swimming pool was ideal to bathe in during the hot sunny days we enjoyed lounging in the garden and seating areas. A highlight for us coming from the Northern Hemisphere was the novelty of having an indoor braai which made for a fun and very homely atmosphere. The owners, Laetitia and Ruben, provided for everything we required and were super helpful at all times from our initial booking enquiry through to our departure from SA. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their lovely house and look forward to returning on many future occasions.
It’s got a beautiful serene outdoor area, inside is modern , very well maintained, kitchen has everything you need! Location is fantastic, close to the beach, stunning sunsets & sunrises! Jackpot is that you can watch both sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening from the viewing deck as promised by the host! Solar power so no loadshedding! Was an absolute pleasure dealing with the host, 100% value for money!! Don’t delay, book today!! You won’t regret it!!
This place is absolutely perfection. The house is really what dreams are made of and not even 2 min walk to the beach. Qe loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom yet the house had an powder room aswell for when you get out of the pool. Right ontop of the stairs thag balcony and that view of the sea was just wow. The 4 doors opening fully in the house was just amazing we loved the completeopennessit provided. We cannot wait to return already told all our friends and family all about it
This was really cute! We were 2 mins away from the beach, and it's really safe. Perfect place to go for a girls' weekend or even just to get some peace and quiet. The pictures attached was the loft part of 6 on third. Super cosy
This is not for people who want the hustle bustle of city life. It is for people with culture who are serious about disconnecting and recharging. Beautifully appointed. Just far enough for Capetown, yet close enough to all these little towns. Attention to detail is the word here. Hosts are attentive and answers questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended. 10/10
