Quiet Hours: Please respect fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00.
Water Conservation: Forest & Soul uses borehole water. As Plettenberg Bay is a water-scarce region, guests are kindly asked to use water responsibly, keep showers brief, and report any leaks immediately.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Please use designated outdoor areas and the ashtrays provided.
Please ensure all doors and windows are locked whenever you leave your cabin.
Never leave a braai unattended and ensure all coals are completely extinguished after use.
A complimentary starter supply of firewood is provided. Additional wood is available for purchase at R25 per bundle.
Wildlife: Monkeys and baboons frequently visit the area. Please keep food securely stored and never leave food unattended outdoors.
Cabins are serviced daily (excluding weekends and public holidays). Linen is changed every 3-4 days for longer stays. Additional servicing can be arranged on request.
Check-out is by 10:00. Please leave your keys in the cabin door when departing.
Kindly let us know when you are leaving so we can assist with opening the gate and wish you a safe journey.
