A piece of heaven on the mountain! We stayed at the aptly named Hideaway cottage and it’s gorgeous. A little trip up the mountain to get there but it’s SO worth it - you’ll struggle to leave. The view is spectacular and the surroundings serene and peaceful. We wanted some quiet downtime and the Hideaway did not disappoint. Joel and Ros are 5 star hosts and make sure you have what you need to make your stay comfortable. It’s off the grid so if you’re eco conscious, you’ll love it. But you don’t need to be… the outside hot shower is such a welcome change to any BnB we’ve stayed at. We will definitely be back!
Hello. I just checked out yesterday from this amazing place. It has everything you need for a perfect getaway.. including not getting an uber hehe. The place is so nice and cozy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Its hard to get your bags up there so try to come light.
Breathtaking views ,Beautiful house ,Close to Nature ,Peaceful and Serene.......Best stay ever ,Quiet place and host Joel is a Wonderful Person its a must to Experience!!!!!
A cosy and comfortable place with stunning views. It felt like a luxury getaway despite being simple and off-grid. It's surrounded by thriving fynbos vegetation set against the beautiful mountains looking over False Bay - magical. Don't miss the sunrise from the little balcony
A short drive from the bustling city to an exclusive and private nature getaway. Nestled in the mountain the villa is extremely well positioned for privacy and 360 degree mountain and sea views. Every morning spent there was jawdropping and unique. The staff are exceptionally polite and courteous. The villa is built in every way to enhance your experience of the natural surrounds. The fireplace was a welcome comfort on a stormy evening. Would recommend 100%.
