Fantastic place to visit. We stayed in unit 16, and what a beautiful place. Perfect for family and friends. Unit 16 is a beautiful split house with 2 rooms on each side and a loft. Perfect for 2 family groups to visit. Easily accessible with a car, there is no need for a bakkie or suv.
Would not recommend you stay at Lake Nadu: Glam Cabins@Vaalkop dam. Mia seems nice but when we tried to book a 2 night stay on Airbnb se firstly declined due to it only accommodating 6 adults and 2 children, we asked if it is stil okay to continue to book by them for our father's birthday and the 7th person is a 18 year old she then insisted we stay another night and when we said we can't as Monday is a public holiday but some of our family have to work she then declined again due to us not taking the extra night. Would not recommend stay at the place but for a day visit it is worth the drive and very beautiful sceneries and animals hence the 2 stars.
Nice and quiet, rooibok ,kudu ,birds galore 👍👍
